Destinations in Guatemala:

Yaxha

Yaxha is well worth exploring with an atmospheric lakeside few. With beautiful views of the rainforest and the two lakes on each side which you can see from the top of one of the restored temples. The site has more than 500 structures, 9 Temple Pyramids, 2 ball courts and a network of causeways. The site may be familiar to some visitors, it is where one of the shows of "Survivor Guatemala" was filmed.

One of the most surprising destination in Guatemala known as the “Best kept secret in the Maya world”, few travelers know about it but when you get here it is like having discovered a hidden treasure within the Jungle.

Located on the eastern part of Petén 12 kms (7 miles.) away from the main road to Guatemala and Belize border makes it easy to visit. The whole ancient city sits on hill-tops of the northern side of Yaxha Lake. This is one of the few places for Temple-top-sunsets and where can still climb up the actual steps.
